This notice explains what information the KOVA Pilates website (kovastudios.co) collects, how we use it, who helps us run the site, and the choices you have.

This notice covers this website only. It does not describe the studio's in-person practices. Bookings, memberships and payments are handled by Momence, under Momence's own privacy policy (see below).

Information you give us

Studio updates form (on the Studio updates page and elsewhere on the site). When you submit it we collect:

your full name and email address (required);
your phone number (optional);
your preferred class time — morning, midday or evening (optional);
your agreement to receive KOVA emails (required to join the list);
which page or section you signed up from, and the date and time you signed up.

Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message. There is no contact form on this site.

Information collected automatically

Technical request data. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process basic data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and browser storage. Our hosting provider sets cookies used for security (bot protection) and to serve the correct version of the site. The site also uses your browser's session storage to remember your scroll position while you navigate. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

to send studio news, class announcements and membership updates you agreed to receive;
to let the studio owners know when someone joins the list;
to avoid duplicate sign-ups and keep a record of your consent and email activity;
to reply to your questions and requests;
to run, secure and fix the website.

Who we share it with

This website sends studio-updates details to the database and email service providers described below so we can run the updates list and studio notifications. The site also relies on these service providers:

Website hosting and security — delivers the site and protects it from abuse.
Database hosting — stores the studio updates list.
Email delivery — sends studio emails and internal sign-up notices to the owners, and manages unsubscribes.
Momence — our booking, membership and payment platform (see below).
Google Fonts — supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Momence: booking, memberships and payments

Our live schedule is provided by Momence and loads from Momence's servers. Booking buttons and membership and class pack links take you to Momence. Anything you enter there — account details, bookings, memberships and payment card details — is collected by Momence, not by a form on this site. Momence may collect information on our pages through its schedule. Please read Momence's privacy policy.

Do Not Track

This site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers. Third-party providers described above may handle such signals under their own policies.

Emails and unsubscribing

We only add you to studio emails if you tick the consent box. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@kovastudios.co to be removed.

Your choices and requests

To ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, email hello@kovastudios.co. We may need to confirm your request comes from you, and we may keep information we're required to keep or need for legitimate records, such as proof that you unsubscribed.

How long we keep information

We keep studio updates list information while you remain on the list and for as long as needed afterwards to honor unsubscribes, prevent duplicate sign-ups, keep records of consent and email delivery, and meet legal obligations. When it's no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls that restrict list access to authorized studio administrators. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this notice

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. If we make a material change, we'll also make it clear on this page.
